General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
All original tags and accessories must be included.
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
To start a return, simply email us at Luminoshstore@gmail.com.
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
⚠️ Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away — we’ll quickly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care and beauty items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
⚠️ Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Need a different item?
For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product and returning the original one.
Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund promptly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to an EU address, you have 14 days to cancel or return your purchase for any reason.
Items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Luminosh error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
