Return Eligibility for Digital Products

Because our products are delivered instantly and include immediate access to exclusive content, returns for digital items follow a slightly different structure.

You may request a refund within 30 days if:

  • The digital product has not been downloaded, accessed, or used

  • OR the product has a verified technical issue preventing access or proper use

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or email) is provided

Once a refund is approved, your access to the digital product will be automatically revoked.

Non-Returnable Digital Items

For security and intellectual property protection, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Since digital items are delivered instantly, exchanges typically aren’t needed.
However, if you purchased the wrong product or prefer a different version, simply contact us — we may be able to assist depending on the situation.


Refund Timeline

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to finalize the posting
