Return Eligibility for Digital Products
Because our products are delivered instantly and include immediate access to exclusive content, returns for digital items follow a slightly different structure.
You may request a refund within 30 days if:
The digital product has not been downloaded, accessed, or used
OR the product has a verified technical issue preventing access or proper use
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or email) is provided
Once a refund is approved, your access to the digital product will be automatically revoked.
